This is how you can pay
At the moment you can pay for your order with the following payment methods:
- Klarna Pay Later
- Apple Pay
You can also (partly) pay with a gift card: the Ohmygood card, the FairFashion Giftcard, the Sustainable Fashion Gift Card and the Gift for Good card.
As soon as you have placed an order, we will immediately start working for you. If you order before 2 p.m. and the Ecowings bag or accessory is in stock, we will do our very best to ship it the same day. If something is not in stock, we will inform you immediately.
Track & Trace
We always ship your order with a Track & Trace code so that you can track your order.
For orders in the Netherlands, shipping above 50 euros is always free of charge. Under 50 euros you pay 3.95 euros for orders that fit through the letterbox and 5.95 euros for parcels.
For orders from Belgium, the shipping costs are 9 euros for an order up to 100 euros. Above 100 euros, shipping to Belgium is free of charge.
If for any reason you want to return an Ecowings product, you can do so within 14 days. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the parcel to us are for your own account. Within the Netherlands, this will cost approximately EUR 5.95 per package. For returns from Belgium, the shipping costs are 9 euros. When you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Ecowings with all accessories supplied and – as much as possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
It is of course possible that you want to exchange a product. Maybe it’s too small or too big. Perhaps you are not satisfied with the color or you just prefer a different Ecowings product. Everything is possible and is no problem at all. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The costs for returning are for your own account.
We are proud of the quality of our products, but there is a possibility that something breaks. Either due to transport or due to a production error. In that case you can claim compensation for the damage within six months. In that case, send an email with photos of the damage to email@example.com and we will contact you to either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.
